Westbury business celebrate win at Wiltshire Business Awards

BUSY Books, an accountants and bookkeeping team based in Bratton, were awarded the ‘Customer and Staff Care’ award at the recent Wiltshire Business Awards on Friday 20th April.

Hundreds of business owners and their teams came together for the night to celebrate and many walked away with awards and Busy Books,  were no exception as they were awarded the “customer and staff care” award sponsored by Mainline.

Natasha Penny, who leads the dedicated team of five said, “We are chuffed to bits with this award because we feel it is the most appropriate for our ethos and values as a business. We always try to go above and beyond for our customers as we aspire to be so much more than just be accountants.”

Natasha spoke to Graham Rogers on BBC Wiltshire the day before the awards, discussing the honour of being a finalist, as well as the variety of services that Busy Books provide to the community.

On top of this achievement, Busy Books were also finalists in the Smalls Awards which was held in London on 17th May and were nominated for  the “At Your Service – Best Small Service Business” award.

This marks the second year in a row that Busy Books’ achievements have been recognised at the Small Awards, as they flew the flag for Westbury last year, walking home with the “Small Business of the Year 2017” award. Unfortunately this year, Busy Books were beaten by Peterborough company ‘Serenity Loves’ this year, however still being nomination is a huge achievement for the small team.
