Vacancies available at the White Horse Day Centre

WHITE Horse Day Centre now has vacancies for new members (over 65s) on Tuesday and Thursdays.

They are open from 10am to 3pm and transport can be arrange for a small charge if you live in the town.

Organisers said, “We offer a friendly and safe place to meet friends (old and new), a three-course lunch for a small fee, gentle exercise, games, quizzes and other activities such as sing-a-longs, guest speakers, day trips and a short holiday. Why not come along and pay us a visit? You will be most welcome.

“We are also in desperate need of volunteers to come and join our happy band on both days. If you have an hour or two that you can spare to help us out, then we would love to see you; in return, we will give you lunch and a cup of tea or coffee.”
