Imperial coach trip to Swanage

WESTBURY’S Imperial Charity will be setting off on another coach trip, with a day out in Swanage next month.

The trip to Swanage will be on Wednesday 9th May with local pick-up points (details will be on the ticket). The return time on the day is estimated to be 6.30pm.

Swanage beach has been awarded a Blue Flag and Seaside Award and is perfect for strolling along the promenade in the sunshine, paddling in the water, collecting sea shells and building sandcastles.

Other places of interest include the Swanage Heritage Centre and Museum where you can uncover the story of Swanage from dinosaurs and the Jurassic Coast to seaside resort and the Second World War.

A donation of £7.50 per ticket will be asked for with the exception of people with special needs and their carers who will travel free. Tickets will be available from their High Street and Warminster Road Charity Shops in Westbury from Tuesday 30th April.

The next trip will be to Weston-Super-Mare on Wednesday 13th June.
