THE Railway Inn has great entertainment lined up for you over the next couple of weeks, so put the dates in your diary and don’t miss out.
It’s Disco Night on Saturday 27th February so put on your dancing shoes and head down to The Railway Inn for a night of disco music and dancing.
Then on Saturday 5th March, The Railway Inn welcome popular duo Atlantic Crossing.
Having worked together in various bands since 1973, Mike and Linda became a duo in 1983, working venues in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and all over the UK.
After Linda won the ITV show ‘New Faces’ in 1976, she went on to host the ITV pop programme ‘Get it Together’ for three years and two single record releases followed.
Atlantic Crossing play a mixture of music from classic soft rock to 80s, 90s and 2000s’ pops; from 60s pop and soul to good old rock n roll as well as country rock and boogie woogie.
With Linda’s distinctive vocals and Mike’s boogie/bluesy piano style, they appeal to audiences of all ages in every type of venue.
All instruments on stage are played live. Linda – lead vocals/bass guitar. Mike – keyboards/vocals. All backing programmed by Mike, giving them their own individual sound and feel.
Then on Saturday 12th March, the south west’s number one Frank Sinatra and Andy Williams tribute will make sure your evening goes with a swing.
Dave Dean has been singing and performing in the south west and across the UK at weddings, corporate events and private parties for many years.
In the style of the great crooners such as Frank Sinatra, Andy Williams, Matt Monro and Michael Buble, he delivers a first class show with ease, charisma and professionalism.
