Charity night raises over £1,000 for Macmillan

LOCAL hairdressers, A Touch of Flair held a charity night last month raising a whopping £1,145 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Cindy Rowe who organised the event said, “It was a great success and everyone had a really good evening. Thank you to all those people who donated money and to the local businesses that donated raffle prizes. With their help we raised an amazing amount of money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

“Also a special thanks to Westbury Conservative Club for donating their function room and the buffet. Also thanks to Mark Noakes and Morissons for donating food.”
