Invitation to hear about health services in the community

HEALTH is top of the agenda at the Westbury Area Board next week when presenters will include the Clinical Commissioning Group, local GPs and Wiltshire Council’s adult care specialists.

They will be talking about ways services will become more localised and tailored to the community. There are also plans to appoint an Older Person’s Champion and a Carers Champion to represent the views of these groups.

The area board meeting is open to everyone and will be at the Laverton on Thursday 4th June at 7.00pm. Also at the meeting you can hear updates on proposals for a Westbury campus, progress on a range of local issues including recycling, and news on how you can get funds for your community projects.
