British Transport Police advice

British Transport Police are investigating an attempted kidnapping which occurred on Sunday 13 July 2014 at Westbury Railway Station.

The 12 year old victim states two males in a white van attempted to get him into their vehicle at approximately 4.37pm.

If you are aware of any incidents of a similar nature that have occurred recently, particularly in the Westbury area, please contact British Transport Police on 101.

The BTP encourage all parents to remain vigilant in light of the above incident, and to ensure that their children are aware of the dangers.
