WW2 grenade discovered in Upton Scudamore

A World War II grenade was unearthed in Upton Scudamore recently. 

A member of the public unearthed the grenade while digging some land and reported it to the police on the evening of Sunday 21st April.

The device was deemed to be inert and a military unit from Tidworth was sent to the site the next morning. The grenade was taken to Tidworth camp for disposal.
