Thursday 6th

7pm: Westbury Area Board meeting at The Laverton. Members of the public welcome. 

Friday 7th

10am: ‘Pyjamarama’ transport themed rhymetime at Westbury  Library for babies. Toddlers at 11am. 

7.30pm: Eyes down for charity bingo at Westbury Leigh Community Hall in aid of Hope for Tomorrow. Book of six games £5. 

8.30pm: Karaoke with Chris and Lisa at The Labour Club. 

Saturday 8th

11am-4pm: Chapmanslade ‘under the sea’ explorer trail. Refreshments, activities, stalls available.

2pm-5pm: Edington Fair at Edington Playing Field.  Lots to see and do, including Pimp My Toga Competition, Falconry Display, Roman Reiki and many other stalls and games. Entry is £1.00.

Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th

All day: Friends of Dilton Marsh Primary School host their annual scarecrow trail with the theme of ‘One of a pair’. Trail sheets £3 available from the school office, Fairfield Farm, Crowning Glory and The Prince of Wales. 

Cream teams from 11am-3pm on Sunday 9th available from the school. 

Tuesday 11th

2.30pm-4.30pm: Croquet session at Leighton Recreation Sports Centre. Call Menna on 07392 464419 for more info. 

6.15pm: Shopkeepers’ forum at The Laverton to share views about      Westbury’s High Street. 

Saturday 15th

10am: Coffee morning at Heywood and Hawkeridge Village Hall to fundraise for a new play park on Glebe Land. 

6.30pm: Bingo at The Scout HQ, Meadow Lane. Eyes down at 7pm. 

9pm: Stoned F perform at The Conservative Club, free entry. 

Friday 21st

8.30pm: Versatile vocalist, Amy Vega takes to the stage at The Labour Club.
