Issue 452 – Bratton schoolchildren delight at carol concert

Pupils, parents and friends of Bratton Primary School celebrated Christmas with a carol service at Edington Priory on Tuesday 15th December.

Key stage 2 pupils from the school led the service and presented a variety of items. The centrepiece of the event was the play “The Right Shepherd.” Pupils also read Christmas poems that they had written themselves, and the congregation was invited to join in with their favourite carols.
Headteacher David Brown said, “The school community has turned out to support the children, and it’s a great pleasure to see everyone. I’ve been so impressed by all the children, and I know the staff have put in a lot of hard work.”
