Community invited to input into local community Covid-19 recovery plan

Story posted on

A local recovery plan which will aim to help the Westbury Community Area bounce back quickly from the Covid-19 pandemic is being drawn up and local people are being invited to give their views on what the impact of the pandemic has been.

Community engagement manager Graeme Morrison said, “While we know that the pandemic continues, we are starting to work with communities to put together a plan looking forward to when we move into the “recovery” phase.

“The first step is to find out how the pandemic has affected our communities. While we are aware of a lot of the most likely issues to emerge from the last year, it is important that we hear from local people to give us their experiences and tell us how the pandemic has impacted their lives.”

To give your views on this you can complete a short 4-question survey on www.slido.com. Simply follow the link www.slido.com enter event number #2666.
