Giving and receiving a gift.

Gifts cost the giver something, but not the receiver.

When someone offers to pay for your lunch, or buys you a gift, do you receive it graciously, or do you, fight it off, and say no, no, you can’t do that, I’ll get that for myself. Why do we do that? I believe that is Pride, yet to receive a gift can in itself be a gift of respect and blessing to the giver, in receiving it graciously and so honour them.

I went to the hairdresser a few weeks ago, and when I went to pay, I was told the price had already been paid by someone else. I don’t know who that was, but it was a beautiful surprise gift to me. Very humbling, but precious. I was truly blessed.

If you broke the law of the land, there is a price to pay, a fine, or even prison, in some countries, the death penalty. What if someone were to offer payment of your fine or even be willing to go to prison in your place, or even die in your place, cause the price must be paid according to the law. Justice must be done.

In June, Christians celebrate Pentecost, which is the giving of the gift of the Holy Spirit for every believer. Jesus has paid the price in full, dying in our place, and sending His Holy Spirit. The bible tells us; The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is Eternal life.   Romans 6 v 23 (TPT) He offers His gift to you today.

I’m a believer and not a believer I walk the path that was chosen for me I walk a path that I choose for myself the many would say the path that was chosen it’s my truest form but the path I have chosen is the one between the two I did not choose to believe in just one god I did not choose to believe in all but what I do believe in is mine and it is not my favourite poem is now weary traveller rest your head for just like me you’re utterly dead darkness entwined light drained from all that is good I don’t follow evil but I don’t follow the light I follow both with an equilibrium I follow the light when it says light I follow the dark when it is dark I follow evil and I followed good I follow the god and the demon the devil the Satan because without one you cannot have the other so why follow one and curse the other life is asymmetry between the two what’s heaven without how man and woman pleasure and pain yin and yang balance this is my curse this is my path this is what I choose to live everyday because this is my destiny this is who I am 1 wythall and one with none the lowly messenger the reaper the souless I have just one message to all those who believe believe with your heart and not with your head become one with both darkness and light for if you or your family chose one without the other you yourself will be damned for all eternity you yourself friends and family should be damned for eternity to live in darkness without the light but rejoice in the fact the same direction is given to you and you alone.
