THE Jubilee Hall in Bratton will be hosting a Christmas dinner on Friday 15th December.

Organisers say, “Christmas dinner will consist of a Buck’s fizz reception, a starter, a full Christmas dinner with a vegetarian option, a pudding with tea/coffee and a mince pie afterwards.  This event is by pre-purchased ticket only and the price is £15 per person. If you did not attend the October Supper night to pick up a menu and choices form, but still want to come to the Christmas dinner, don’t worry it’s not too late.  Just contact Maz Talbot either by e-mail: maztalbot@hotmail.co.uk or by phone on 07986 973209.  Completed returns and payment must be made by 10th December at the very latest.

“A note for your diary: Get your thinking caps on because on January 13th 2018 we are holding a quiz night with a wine and soft drinks cash bar and a Ploughman’s supper.  Teams are to consist of maximum of 4 people and the price will be £7 per person, with a start time of 7pm.  To give us an idea of numbers for the buffet please pre-book your table by contacting Margaret Hart on 07721 539659 or e-mail margaret@westbury  officeservices.co.uk.

“The Jubilee Hall in Bratton is a large modern village hall which can accommodate over 80 people seated for meals or for events.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bar area and a stage which can be used for plays, a disco or a band.  The ceiling in the main part of the hall is high enough to erect an inflatable bouncy castle for children’s parties.  For smaller events the top end of the hall can be easily partitioned off and used separately.

“For more information please see our website at www.brattonjubileehall.info.  The hall is available for single event bookings or weekly/monthly multiple events.  Anyone wishing to book the Jubilee Hall please contact Val Witcomb on 01380 830297 or email valwitcomb1948@gmail.com.

“May I take this opportunity to wish everyone, on behalf of the Jubilee Hall management committee, a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.”
